history~ Lilly bell was born in Germany to the parents Shannon and Brian Roger. When her family were traveling to America her parents got sick and died from the Small Pox. She was left with nothing but the clothes on her back and her little sister named Kelsey, Later on Kelsey died from being unconscious for a week!! Lilly bell was found a couple years after Kelsey died Lilly bell was found by a newsie who asked her whats wrong she said that her sister died. So the newsie asked her if she needed a job and Lilly bell said yes so since then she has been selling papes in Queens.
