Attention!

Before I start, I want to clarify that I am not ADMIN. I do not control this board or anything else. But I am a leader, so yeah. If anyone has any problems with this, please PM me. Here we go!

A few things have been brought to my attention, and I want to clarify those and get everything in order.

First off, some characters have been applying for boroughs that already have plenty of newsies. So, I am gonna put up all of the boroughs and who is in each borough. Also, I am gonna put different smileys by each borough name. Those smilies should tell you which borough needs more newsies and which have plenty. This is pretty simple, guys. Easy peasy.

;D= This borough is content. Doesn't need anymore members. In fact, this borough could have less members.

= This borough is perfect. Not to much, not to little!

= This borough is content, but definitely lacking.

= This borough is getting deathly close to not even being a borough.

= This borough is dead besides the leader... poor leader.

So... As you can see, we have plenty in every borough. But the ones that really need them are Queens and Bronx. So, as of now, I think Brooklyn and Manhattan should be closed.

Okay, secondly, some characters have been signing up for boroughs that wouldn't... well, fit there character. So, here is a few descriptions of boroughs and what the character should be like to get in.

Manhattan-

This is one of the nicest boroughs. They are like family and are very accepting. One thing they don't like are scabbers. If you are a younger newsie/ girl newsies, I would suggest Manhattan. Don't get me wrong, these newsies can still fight and hold their own, but they aren't cruel.

Brooklyn-

I am gonna be very picky about this. I don't think Brooklyn is going to have girls. I'm sorry, but I have always thought that and always will. A few girls is one thing, but they are going to have to prove themselves. I have a girl character in Brooklyn, but she had to go through a lot to get there. I think she is still fighting with Conlon . But I'm going to be hard about this. I think younger kids should not be apart of Brooklyn. Girls as well, but girls are welcomed if they can hold their own. But I think we have a couple girls/younger newsies that should not be in Brooklyn. I know I am going to get a bunch of crap about this... but this is what I think.

Edit by Spot Conlon: I agree with the above paragraph, that girls and younger newsies wouldn't really make it in Brooklyn as newsies; it'd be a difficult thing to achieve. And Spot, being the leader, is going to be very picky. I also agree that Brooklyn has plenty of newsies right now, so if the admin and other leaders would like to close it off to new newsies, I'd be totally fine with that!

Bronx-

I realize that this borough got kinda soft over the past few months, but we are returning it to it's normal cold self . Bronx is joining Mike's side, so if you are not gonna join Mike's side, I suggest you go to a different borough. Bronx is a lot like Brooklyn. Younger newsies/girl newsies be wary.

Queens-

This is somewhat like Manhattan. They are friendly and family like. Not cruel and tough like Brooklyn or Bronx. But these newsies keep to themselves mostly. Sort of an... luke warm borough. If you are undecided, go here!

Harlem-

Pretty much the same as Queens. A middle of the road borough. They are tough, but friendly. Harlem is loyal and kind, but will not be walked on. Harlem has a few girl newsies, and I think that is okay. The girls should be able to fight, but they can also be kind and sweet. I am not trying to sound sexist or anything!

So, that pretty much sums up the boroughs. If any of the leaders has anything to add, by all means do!
