History: Jolt was born in Italy to the parents Delanna and Paola Scala. She moved to the Manhattan when she was 5, and at the time she only spoke it Italian, so her grandma who lived the Bronx taught her how to talk and speak English. Everyday Jolt would walk to th Bronx for her lesson, but one day her family wasn't there, so she ran as fast as she could to the Bronx(which was really fast)and told her grandma. Her grandma had been taking care of her for 5 years, so she was ten, and her Grandma got sick and she died a month after.
Jolt had been living on the streets in new York for a year, she just stumbled upon the Bronx lodging house, that gave Jolt an idea.She could become a Bronx newsie,so she did. The leader said that she could as long as she knew how to sell papes. Jolt knew how to sell papes, so ever sense then she has been a Bronx newsie.
