History: Dragon and Firecracker grew up in a small town in Ireland, they had a happy family with loving parents and a dog, the dos name was Molly, and she was Dragon’s best friend, but when Molly got trampled by a horse Dragon was crushedd but she still had her twin brother. Every night for a month or so Dragon would cry and cry, her parents, and brother would try to make her feel better, but it didn’t help, the family ran out of money so they moved to New York(it was there only choice). After about a couple of weeks there mom died of a contagiousviruss, and there dad got pushed of the boat by someone.
Dragon and Firecracker were both left on the boat with no money and only the clothes on there back and apicturee of there family when they were happy and not poor. When they got off the boat toElliss island they didn't know where to go so they just wandered around New York and just happened to be in front of the Brooklyn Lodging House, and they asked if they could be newsies, and the leader said yes.
