Jack Kelly is my "authority" account, so that should be a signal for the rest of you to listen up. Disclaimer: there is Jace, and then there is Serious Jace. Sometimes, Serious Jace is nicknamed Bitchy Jace. Right now, I am being Serious Jace. Please excuse any atrocities; I love you all, and I don't mean it as a personal diatribe.
This is very important. I want everyone on the site to read this message and take everything into very careful consideration. There are several "housekeeping" things that I feel must be addressed, and some could be considered a bit heavier than "housekeeping" things. I need absolutely every active member on the site, especially the SSSS, to post here with their response. We need to do something. And it needs to be done now.
The first thing I want to bring up is the site itself. In all honesty, the only people that I've seen post consistently of late are myself and Emily. I know that everyone is busy, and I know that you all have lives. I also know that sometimes it's difficult to get out there and start posting when you have about 15 threads to reply to and an hour before you have to go to rehearsal. But you need to help. This is OUR site. Ours. And I know that you all would hate to see it die. Because we have to face the reality now. The site isn't dying, folks. It's dead. And we need everyone to help revive it. The efforts, of two, even three or four people aren't going to do a thing. We need more than what we've been doing. And we can do it. I know we can.
The next point...the plot. Because of everything mentioned above, the plot has reached a stalemate. We agreed at the beginning that we needed a lot of people to make this plot work, and right now we don't have the people-power to do it. Plus, what about the final battle? Who's gonna fight it? We need to decide right here and now: do we discard the plot for now, or do we turn things around on this site and play the rest of it out to its conclusion? There are other options, of course, but we need to decide what we're doing, and soon.
Now I need to address something a little touchier: Admin and Joker. I know they've both had some major troubles lately, and I totally understand that. It's just very, very difficult to continue the site without them. Sub-boards need to be added, banners need to be changed, the scrollers need to be updated... Something needs to be so that we can get our site back on track. I think we need Admin and Joker back. Or else...and I'm not sugar-coating anything...maybe we need someone else to take over for them.
That's basically it. I need your responses right here and now. Because if we don't do something soon, this site will fade away into nothing if we're not careful. And I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't want to see that happen. We've all done too much for this site to let that happen. And I'm taking the incentive to stop it from happening. I want the rest of you to take that incentive too.

Its so sad to watch a site die, and I don't want this one to fall into the downward spiral of doom. We've all worked so hard on this plot, and these characters, why waste it? Personally, I know I haven't been on because I've been really busy, but I'm going to work hard to get all of my posts caught up before I leave on thursday. I apologize for my lack of posting-ness and being active To be honest, I don't know what we're going to do about the plot. Its hard to do a Mike vs. Jack plot when our Mike is rarely on. And its hard to do such a large plot with five or six (if we're lucky) people. I don't want to lose such a good plot, but seriously how are we going to pull this off guys? But, I agree we do need to decide what we're going to do. I really want to say try to re-activate the site, and continue on, but I don't think that's going to happen. I think the same couple people will continue to try to keep the site alive, maybe that's just my pessimistic mind speaking. *rocks back and forth, be positive, Mels* :/ This is all so confusing, because I don't know what to do about what. I think we need a lot of people back, but I don't know.. I want to take the incentive too, I want to keep this site alive. I don't want to just let it die when there is the slight glimmer hope. ((I just now realized I wasn't much help, and I apologize for that. ))

Okay ladies in gents just for the record I check the site every day to see if I've gotten replies or not-- HINT HINT MELS... for the most part I try to keep on top of it. You guys worked way hard on the plot though I only kind of know what it is and sure everyone needs to come back...
Do what you need to do but I'm around just-- sick. Oh god am I sick.. but I do check to see if my replies are being caught or not. Truth is most of the sites are dying-- we're all getting older and moving into real lives where the roleplaying isn't as important. Real life it's you fast and hard...
I'm behind you guys if you need me..

Alright, I definitely agree with everything Jace mentioned, especially this: We have to face the reality now. The site isn't dying, folks. It's dead.
I'm glad one of us finally had the guts to say it.
So, now that it's out on the table, we all need to decide what we're going to do about it, because, like Jace said, it's going to take all of our combined efforts to make anything happen. Obviously, we're all busy. I get that. I also get that when you have a million threads to reply to, it's pretty tough to make yourself actually sit down and get started. In fact, I was getting so burned out on this RP stuff that I had to take a break and just let it go for awhile. Jace did the same thing. So, if you need a break, take it now and come back refreshed. Because, seriously, we're dead.
I know that awhile back, Jace said something about everyone posting one thing per day (in character), and I still think that's a very good plan. That way, if you're feeling pressured by the 4.67 trillion threads you need to reply to, you'll at least be starting to tackle that. Remember: we don't have to get everything done all at once. Don't feel as though you have to catch up on ALL threads ALL at the same time. That's too much to handle, and not even realistic. So, if your inspiration is running dry, the words aren't flowing, or whatever your reason is for neglecting threads, do something to counter it! Take a few days off, make an awesome new character, turn your thread in a surprising direction, listen to character-inspiring music--whatever it takes to get us going again.
That being said, I want to commend Jace for actually saying something. I also think that people should take this seriously, not just read through it and sweep it under the rug.

Yeah, I absolutely agree with Jace 100%.
And if people are getting too busy in their lives and they want to keep the site alive, I suggest they should put a day of the week aside to post. At my house, everyone is really busy like you would not believe. So my mom said that if I wanted to post, but I don't have time in my busy schedule, Sunday every week is "Newsie Day", so that's when I do most of my posts. However I still check everyday of the week in the site to see if anyone replies to any threads.
As for the plot itself, I have no opinion on what we should do with it. I'm willing to go with the flow on whatever decision is made.
And if people have to be gone for an extended period of time where there's no computer time availiable, they should seriously post in the Absence Thread and give an estimate on how long they're gone and when they'll be back.
That's all I got for now. Hope it helped guys.

Wow, I am glad someone brought this up. I am truly, truly sorry for taking on such a huge character and responsibilty when I am never hardly on. As Mels mentioned, I am rarely on. I am trying to do better, and I have several excuses I could throw out there, but I know I am at fault alot here. We need to get this thing on the roll.
I posted a thread where basically Mike thinks about what he is doing. I think maybe that should clear some things up.
I will try to be on more.

So here's my two cents:
~I acknowledge what Jace has said. ~~I agree. ~I vote for finishing the plot. ~~We've contributed and put a great deal of work (creative energy, planning, space on the site,
posts, thought, etc.) to establishing and structuring the plot.
~~the 'Murder!' thread is waiting...
~ New admins. +Site renovation. (decor, scroll icon thing, color, whatever)
-Yes to site clean-out
Here's what I thought of in terms of the final rumble, and how we might enact it:
We already play multiple accounts, so to create a couple more as "extras", we could pull off the rumble.
Those extra characters would be disposable, and have different names, delete them after the rumble is done.
Have one main thread/forum inside of a forum (Rumble thread/forum inside of Maisy's field). Post an
introductory post in the rumble thread, setting the scene. Have Mike and Jack post a bit to initiate the
rumble, then when the rumble has officially began, have an admin post with individual fight assignments.
Something like this: edit: I'm working on an example. I'll finish it later this morning (later, because it's already kinda morning for me here), then post the rest.

Alright guys...Because of certain recent events in mine and Joker's lives, we have decided that this board isn't as important as what is facing us in real life. We had to slow down and look at our priorities, and, unfortunately, this board is low on the list. Now, as much as I love this board and don't want to see it die, I don't want to see it "Corrupted" either. Which is why I am choosing very carefully what has to be done.I am not leaving the site. Lets get that one thing clear. When important things come up - I'll always be here to fix them or whatever needs to be done. You just need to make it known to me when stuff is up, instead of just PMing each other and discussing it without me. I had noticed an increase of Planning without me, discussing things about the board that needs changing yet not coming to me and actually asking about it, and then complaining when I did nothing. Sad, but true. So, that is one of the reasons I just stopped interacting with you all. You may not have realized it, and i'm sure your wondering why I didn't just tell you earlier, but like I said in my first paragraph, Ive had things going on my life that just took priority and I wasn't in the right mind-set to deal with things on the board as well as in my life. Anyways, I have chosen three new "Head Moderators" that will act as the admins, yet will still be void of certain powers (for obvious reasons). Note that I have chosen very carefully, and with respect to past interaction - and that I am not playing favorites or showing any sort of hostility to anyone. The three new Head Moderators are;Jace - On the Jack Kelly account. Mike - On the Mike D. Greaser account. Mels - On the Mitch account. I really hope that there isn't a mutiny planned against me. -ADMIN

ADMIN, there is not, nor will there ever be, a mutiny planned against you. We love you, and absolutely no one can take your place on this site. But that's why we need you here, to look after things and fix things. You're completely right in saying that real life takes miles of precedence over the site, even though we all love it. I'm so glad that now, Mike and Mels and I will be able to help you with the site things, so you can worry about your real life too. I promise we won't corrupt it. As for the planning and other things you mentioned: I can say nothing except that I'm so sorry. I had no idea that was how you felt. No one on this site should have to call through a crack in the door when it comes to planning and things. I'm so sorry if we made you feel that way. I'm so glad to hear you'll still be a part of the site, and we will all definitely include you in everything that's going on. Much love to you and Joker, - Jace

I want to apologize (shane is also my character) for my rudness. I am not familiar with you (the admin), and I was not familiar with this whole situation. I have been off for a while alsoe because of other issues, and when I said "new admins", I was not considering how it might be interpreted. As I wrote underneath it, we need some site updates in regards to cleaning out old inactive members, old inactive threads, etc. I did not intend to come across as ungrateful or...or whatever. *shame* ((( from: Blink, Shane, and Brynner
