Hello, everyone.

Concerning Starsage's problem, this got me thinking. Is it necessarily a good thing we let new members choose their turf? A lot of them choose Brooklyn, Manhattan or Harlem, and it's not fair if Brooklyn has way more newsies/people than Staten Island, Queens or the Bronx...to the leaders or the few people on that turf.

Maybe we should sort of "sort" new members based on their personality or need. I mean, a weak and pristine girl wouldn't do so well in Brooklyn, whereas a tough and wisemouth one would do better there. Or if it really wouldn't matter where we put them, why not sort according to need? If Manhattan has, say, seven people and the Bronx none, we don't want many more choosing Manhattan until there's at least someone in the Bronx.

I don't want to make this into a big issue; I just wanted to throw in my two-bits on the matter, because I don't think it's fair to Starsage or KittyKat that they have the title of Leader and no newsies to lead.

I talked to the Admin and she said that she would be alright if we "Accept" the new sign-ups in the "Placement" thread. What we would do is, When someone new signs up for a certain turf, we will check there profile (if they have one) and decide amongst ourselves which turf they should go into.

Admin also said that she would make it so that we can put them into the turfs.

How does that sound?
