((Ask first ))
Adam was starving as he walked into Tibby's, carrying his guitar case with him. He hadn't eaten in two days, he wasn't able to afford it. And it would make him sick, finally after getting to eat breakfast that morning he was able to eat something. So he decided to take a break from playing to get something to eat and drink. He was dehydrated from being out in the hot sun for so long. Some water sounded nice.
He sat in a booth close to the window alone. The waitress looked at him funny as he only said one. He knew she was wondering if a girl would be joining him. Sadly, but thankfully there wasn't one joining him. At least that he knew of. He placed his guitar next to him, so nobody would be able to take it.
He picked up the menu, his green eyes scanned it over. He couldn't have anything too big, he was going to go out and play again. And you couldn't play that well on a full stomach. Water was a must, lots of it. And fries sounded good right now. He soon decided on a sandwich, fries and water. Perfect.
He told the waitress his order, however she was trying to flirt with him. He smiled painfully and nodded as she tried much too hard to impress him. Giggling and flirting. Ugh, how annoying. He rolled his eyes once she left and looked out the window. Many people walked down the streets. How could there not be people? It was New York, it was always busy during the say. And somewhat quiet at night if you knew the right spots.
He leaned his head on his hand, giving him a comfortable view of looking out the window. He was too busy looking that he didn't notice someone walking up to the table.
