Kay sat by the river bank, starting out at the water. It had been 5 years scene she had gained her “freedom” from her parents, and what had she gotten from it? A taste of reality, that’s what. Life with Kay’s family wasn’t easy, but what Kay thought would be a better life for her, turned out to be a terrible nightmare she couldn’t wake up from.
One thing that Kay had learned over the years was, to take the pain you are feeling, and use it to get somewhere new in life. So, today she started to write a song.

To feel so low
Everytime you smile or laugh you glow

Kay turned around to see someone that she recognized.
